The G.B. Meeting of the Society for the month of April was held on 19th April 2015 in the residence of Joy V M, Vanchiyil commencing at 7:00pm which was presided over by President of the Society Shri. Shaji Kannalayil. The Secretary of the Society presented Minutes of the previous month’s meeting and then the Treasurer presented the accounts which were passed in the meeting. Thereafter, the following important points were discussed: a. Details of the proposed Second Annual Celebrations of the Share & Care Society to be held in the month of May 2015. For this celebration, different committees and conveners were nominated. b. The President of the Society informed the members about the proposed conduct of Free English Grammar classes for High School Students for one month to be held from 22nd April 2015 by Shri. Jose Kannala on behalf of the Share and Care Society. c. The President thanked the Programme Co-Ordinator and the members of the Society, who organized the Family Tour to the Wagamon Hills on 14th April 2015, which was well planned and conducted. d. As per the advice of the Advisory committee the cheque for charity for the month of April 2015 was given to Mrs Jayanty K B Kottathil. e. It was further decided in the meeting to hold the General Body meeting for the month of June 2015 in the residence of Mr. M. C. Abraham Medayil, for which he welcomed all members of the Society, and Abraham Medayil was given a cheque to meet the expenses related to the arrangements for the meeting and refreshment ect. Cake was distributed to the members by those who were celebrating their Birthday during April 2015 and then all the members took part in the refreshment arranged by Joy Vanchiyil at his residence. The GB meeting was dispersed by 9.30pm.
