Share & Care

As a part of the charitable activity towards constructing shelters for homeless people for the year 2015, the Share & Care Charitable Society undertook the unfinished construction work of house of Shri Baby Joseph ( Kunjikka), Kaipuzha, the structure work of which was in its halfway, and for completion of the construction work, Kunjikka was facing hardship, for want of money. In this noble endeavour of the Society, the N.S.S. Unit of St. Georges VHSS also extended its co-operation. The inauguration of this project was held on 6th October 2015, where President of the Share & Care Society Shri Shaji Kannalayil, PTA President of St. Georges VHSS Shri Sunny Vettikatte, the School Principal Shri Thomas Mathew, N.S.S. P.O. Smt. Mariamma George, were present at the construction spot of the above house besides the office bearers of the Share & Care Society as well as the teachers of St. Georges VHSS. The NSS Unit volunteers manually shifted the construction materials from a nearby location to the construction spot, since the approach road was not suitable for running vehicles. Getting involved the voluntary services of the N.S.S. Unit of St. George VHSS in such projects of the Share & Care Charitable Society Kaipuzha will go a long way in inspiring the young generation for Social commitments and altruistic bent of mind. Principal of St. Georges VHSS further expressed his desire to extend all co-operation from the N.S.S. unit of the School, in such future philanthropic activities of the Share & Care Society.
