Inculcate reading habit in children from their School days is, of course, necessary, enabling them to acquire knowledge and to broader their mind and vision. One of the main sources of knowledge is through extensive reading. As far as students are concerned they should be motivated to read as many good books, periodicals and Newspapers as possible besides books related to their curriculum. There is no doubt that regular reading will have great impact on the personality development of an individual.
